? snow ?

Post by Suzana » Mon Dec 27, 2010 5:04 pm

Is it just my computer, or is it snowing on the narrow path forum?

It appears to be on my screen, also. But we're in Missouri where it's been snowing outside. Maybe there's a hole in our roof. I'll check....Nope. Must be cyber snow. Very cool.

It is pretty cool. At least, I thought so after I got over the initial panic thinking my laptop had developed a pixel problem! :)

It is kinda cool... but it makes the CPU run at 100%, so if you're trying to do anything else at the same time, it slows everything down, and those with laptops might find their CPU fan going to high speed before long. I run a script blocker so I can just turn it off, but maybe the script can be set to shut off after 20 seconds or so?

My son prayed for it to snow for 15 weeks. I tried to explain that it doesn't snow in Houston and that last year was an aberration. He thinks God can do it. We'll see if He wants to. (it has been near 70 this week).

It is nice when it happens, like today - but so far the weather hasn't been able make up its' mind whether it's summer or winter, and changes direction every second day! :?
