New Heaven & New Earth
So, I think I believe that the new Heaven & new Earth will be like Eden and our bodies will be like Adam & Eve.
If so, then will we be capable of sin like Adam & Eve were?
If so, how do we know it doesn't all start over again?

man darin-- you trying to get me worried or something? i might not able to sleep tonight!
well, it is my understanding that the tempter will be gone (in the lake of fire) so nothing will tempt us. we will also be with the Lord, physically.
but i dont think we will be like adam and eve-- i think we will be like Jesus after the resurrection. paul says that we will be "changed"-- we will have a glorified body. i am not sure exactly what this means, but i think it is something different than Adam's body. my thought is that Adam was simply a man with a normal body, initially uncorrupted by sin. but i truly think our new bodies will be different in some way that i cannot exactly put my finger on-- i dont think paul could either.
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 1 Cor. 15:52

But Adam and Eve were flesh and blood which Paul said can not inherit the kingdom of heaven.

The ressurected bodies will indeed have flesh and may indeed have blood too, but this is not the sense in which Paul was using the term "flesh and blood" It appears that when Paul says "flesh and blood", He is using it to refer to the bodies which are after the likeness of Adam and after the likeness of the risen Saviour. The first is "earthly", "corruptable" and "mortal" while the second is "spiritual" (not as in immaterial, but is in coming from heaven), "incorruptable" and "immortal."
46 However, the spiritual is not first, but the natural, and afterward the spiritual. 47 The first man was of the earth, made of dust; the second Man is the Lord from heaven. 48 As was the man of dust, so also are those who are made of dust; and as is the heavenly Man, so also are those who are heavenly. 49 And as we have borne the image of the man of dust, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly Man.
50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does corruption inherit incorruption. 51 Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed— 52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.” 55 “ O Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory?”

Hi Ely, Jesus called his resurrected body "flesh and bone" instead of the common expression "flesh and blood." If we are immortal then what would the purpose of blood be since now it delivers oxygen for sustinance since we are not immortal.
IMO Adam was not immortal because he had not partaken from the tree of life. When God said "in this day you will die" IMO meant spiritual death by being separated from God. He never did gain immortality because he needed to do something to acquire it.

This is all good stuff -- I had forgotten the bit about the tempter being gone -- that is most reassuring. Thanks.

Another thing to consider is that Adam and Eve had not only a tempter to tempt them, but something to be tempted with. Without the tree of the knowledge of good and evil they could not have chosen to disobey God because there would be nothing that was off-limits to them.
Perhaps this life is the only test of obedience necessary and in the resurrection there will be no more need to test our willingness to obey and therefore nothing in the new heavens and earth to tempt us.
Just something else to consider.

Hey Steve,
Could it not be said that eating and drinking are also life-sustaining activities which deliver essential nutrients to the body? It seems to me (as a futurist looking at New heavens and Earth passages like Isaiah 65) that we'll be doing both in the age to come.

Yep Ely you're right. Not only Isa 65 (although some see this differently) but the tree of life i believe grows fruit every month. The question is are these really literal descriptions of physical things.

there is the "wedding supper" of the Lamb-- if i dont get to eat something at that banquet then i am going to be mighty disappointed. didnt Jesus say at the last supper that He wouldnt drink of the fruit of the vine again until He does so with His disciples in the coming Kingdom (or something along those lines?)
