1. The alpha with a smooth breathing ἀ
2. The alpha with a rough breathing ἁ
3. None of the other vowels with smooth or rough breathings
4. The eta with an iota subscript ῃ
5. The alpha with an iota subscript ᾳ
6. The omega with an iota subscript ῳ
I haven't had my computer for a while & got it back recently....
(I have a "new" computer...was built from a barebones...has XP).
You should be able to enter individual characters from:
Sacred Texts: Greek N.T. Index
{Nestle-Aland 26th/27th eidtion}
That is, by pasting words that have them in them (and edit out unneeded letters).
Hope that'll work for you.
