It was really fun to hear you on the radio show today.... A bit about Satan being loosed for a season just before the coming of Christ if I listened right :). I was fun.

Yeah, that was cool!
I was after her: Ladies 1st, :)

I'm going to download the show later though.
Reason being: I was trying to formulate a single question for Steve
(was only part-way listening, missed some stuff, and wanna know if I made much sense)!?!?

G'day M8s! ;)

well I should think so, mate! :D

Rick, you seemed to make sense to me, but then again I was still in recovery mode myself….so you’d better check it out yourself I guess?
You said in your other post you shake every time you call Steve – you mean the nervousness doesn’t get better? I may not call again, then!

Hi Mike & Suzana,

Yes, Suzana, I'll check it out later.
To see how my "delivery" went.
In in-person talks I do just fine.
But I don't have those very often
(haven't lately anyway).

And, yes, the nervous thingy does get better after you call again.
Right toward the end of today's call...it went away!
It was just like when I talk-Bible with my friends here in my town!
(I forgot I was "on the air")....

Steve's great and gracious with callers.
Ever notice that?
He's put up with me about four times by now, :lol:

I missed most of what you & Steve were saying.
But I know you-two are really smart!
Can't wait to hear us-three again!

Bye :)

I remember Steve saying he gets uneasy when calling a radio program too so you're in good company! I've never called into a show before (though Steve answered a couple of my e-mails on the air) so both of you are brave in my book. But Steve is pretty gentle with his callers, unless they start to ramble too much or launch into a full sermon. :)

I don't even ask questions in the home meetings :oops: so I'm impressed with all of you!

It was nice to hear your voice, Suzana, and to hear you again, Rick.

Michelle, aren't you a school teacher? Maybe Steve just intimidates people. Shame on you, Stephen! Hehe. :D

i dont get a chance to listen to steve's show as much as I would like. i wasnt introduced to him thru the radio show; i found the Narrow Path website by chance and listened to a bunch of his lectures.

i'll have to start listening more- maybe someday I will think of a good question to call about.

Hi TPOTs: (Theos-pursuers-of-truth)! :D

Relistened and I guess I didn't bumble about as bad as I thought I did.
One thing was, (I wish I'd thought it out in advance); well, there was a "sidebar" I could have gone into but I was concerned about the clock. Wasn't sure how long it would take.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Suzana,
You did just fine, :)
I went, "Ew, COOL! Suzana!" when you came on and thought I yelled it on the air, lol.
And, to be honest about it, I didn't actually plan for "Ladies 1st."
My belief is God Predestined me to be a gentleman, definitely maybe....
Cept' you had to go first, and I had to be one @ same time!
Right?
Huh?
Wot?
Seriously though.
You were soft-spoken (kind sounding), and as calm and reasonable as you are on the forum, Suzana. God bless you.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Steve, (if you have time to see this, I hope),
You mentioned in a lecture (or maybe it was on the radio) that a lot of people feel like they "really know you" from listening to your lectures. I feel like I know you pretty well from hearing them and posting on the forum(s). Actually, I listen to your lectures over & over, and fairly often. They help me synthesize stuff I've studied or am studying. I listen when I go to bed: they say you retain more when you learn things then. By now I have several of your talks memorized. Well, the first half of them anyway: (sometimes I fall asleep). Wait! No! Wait! Not coz you bored me!...I just got too sleepy, hehehe, I like to raz you a bit, Bro! ;)

You're a real blessing, Steve!
Thanks again!

Okay. Okay. Okay.
Michelle, Jason, & TK?
Now YOU guys have to go!
