missing Steve study Romans 2:14,15?

The sixth tape in Steve's Romans series is missing and if anyone has listened to the end of tape five you are left hanging with Steve saying in the next session (the one that's missing) that he wants to share an alternate view of what most commentators see 2:14,15 saying. Some where in one of Steve's other studies I recall him talking about this subject but I can't remember what study that was. Can anyone help me out? Either explain to me what Steve's view is on that passage or point me to the study where he talks about this? I remember it had to do with a friend of his pointing out this alternate view that made more sense than the traditional view.
