Not to be whiny and all but...

Can we hire a call screen-er for the narrow path radio program that gives a brief summary of what the narrow path radio program is all about??? LOL. He could tell the callers "Do you have a question for Steve or a disagreement?" Then he could make sure that the caller understood that concept. Here lately there seems to be an increase in callers who really don't have questions, just comments that really don't go anywhere. I can almost hear the frustrations at times in Steve's voice as he is searching for a question while someone goes on and on and on about topics that are not bible related or related to Christianity in general.

Again, I am not trying to be whiny, but it is not fair to those who support the program and and to Steve who donates his time and effort to the program, when people call with comments that are not really related to the bible, or Christianity in general.

My 2 cents.

*Well, scripture states that the devil is a thief(John 10:10), and we should avoid stealing because scripture says "let him that stole steal no more"(Eph 4:28). The bible also teaches that rain falls on the just and the unjust, and just to let you know, there will be no dogs in heaven(Rev 22:15)

This is especially true whenever talking about the bible. The other day my wife and I were doing a bible study on Genesis and she asked me, "Why did God put the tree of knowledge in the garden?" I responded, "Well, there are typically three views that are held on this subject." I had to stop myself and grin.

That is so funny Brother, because I do the exact same thing!!!! Just yesterday, a buddy called me with a bible question(Does suicide always send you to hell?), and I started out the answer with, "Well there are two views that I am familiar with on that one..."

Bottom line? Steve is the man, and if more bible teachers would imitate him, we would be in better shape.
