Unwanted pictures

Post by dwight92070 » Sat Apr 30, 2016 11:24 pm

Jarrod,

Everytime I attempt to get on digitalministries.us, I get several pop-up porn pics and asking if I want to see nude photos, etc. I realize that this is probably not under your control, but could you possibly give me someone to contact about this.
Thanks.

That's more likely a result of malware on your machine than something on the website. Whatever antimalware software you've been using may not be doing its job. I'd suggest you switch to Avast and run its Boot-Time Scan, and also install and run Malwarebytes.

Yes I have found Malwarebytes to be terrific.

I, also, think it's something on your computer.
Yes, Malwarebytes is great. I have that as well as Norton 360 for protection.

Just now, I went to the site digitalministries.us and had no problem.

Sorry about that Dwight, I honestly have no idea who runs digitalministries.us (at least from memory), but I agree with the rest that it's something isolated with your computer/network.

We use Adaware (Free version) and have a subscription to ESET Security which works well. We almost never get anything unless I let down the settings to get into a website or am stupid and click on an email link. If we get something really stubborn, running Malware Bytes and Spybot in Safe Mode can usually dislodge it.
