I would say they have a much bigger problem with baptisms than this.

The traditions of men cause so much turmoil. The Bible nowhere states that babies should be baptized, nor does it say that Christ Himself is the One who is baptizing. In fact, in the great commission, He commanded HIS DISCIPLES to baptize BELIEVERS, not babies, who are too young to believe. Even when He was on earth, He baptized no one, that is, in water. He did baptize BELIEVERS in the Holy Spirit, as John the Baptist said He would.
