Anyone know of Online resource for "predesinate"?

Does anyone know an online source that lists extra-biblical examples of the Greek word proorizo (translated "predesinate" in the KJV)? I remember reading C. Gordon Olson's book, Getting the Gospel Right," in which he states a written resource of some kind. But I'm wondering if there's anything online. Amazingly, proorizo doesn't seem listed in Kittel's 10 volume dictionary of N.T. words. Thanks in advance.
