Does anybody know of a software package for sale that has a full Kittels in it?

The Sword Project has the Westminster Leningrad Codex. I don't know if that'll work for you, but it might be worth a look before you buy something else, since it's free.

It's also on Olive tree for $20 less but they have no phone support and logos has. Also you can get it on your ipad from them from their server with a code which comes with the cd set.

Its a 10 volume New Testament dictionary that many consider to be the most exhaustive and authoritative for doing word studies.
