How in the world are you supposed to get your avatar to under 6 kb? I've played with and resized the pic I want to upload and can't get it under 12 kb. Is there a program that will make it the size I need? Thanks!

I've been able to reduce mine to size by using a program called "HP Photo Printing Software".
