Sorry for the late reply, my mother and father just died due to covid.

I don't see any doctrinal issue to say that after we have been saved from our sins at the same time we are also saved from hell.

But I think there will be a problem to say that Christ died to save us from hell because in 1 Corinthians 15:3 Paul was clear in saying that Christ died to save us from our sins.

As a matter of fact God can choose to remove hell and we will still be saved from our sins
