Christadelphians...
Re: Christadelphians...
Paidion, there is a lot in the Bible that it is questinable, but like you say, CD's refute Christ's pre-existance, they say " God had Christ on His mind ", so when Christ say's that -He is returning to the Father to have the Glory He had with Him since the beginning- is not literal, it is in the mind, CD's say that unbaptised children and idiots will perish, where is that in the Bible, Jesus said " let those children come to me, you have to be like a child to enter the Kingdom of God". Does that mean children will perish ???. Families got baptised according to the Bible, were children left out. Nothing in the Bible saying children must not be baptised. I think traditional baptism is full immersion, however I have seen pictures painted on early church walls where people were kneeling in shallow water and water poored over their head, bucket of water and cup used in dryer areas. We must be innocent like a child to enter the Kingdom of God, pure and simple. CD's claim they alone redescovered the truth, Wow, what a statement, I think catholocism also had that view but changed now. I think that there is not one religion that is 100% correct, man has twisted and manipulated the truth, but we all have some truth as we see it. CD's are elitists, exclusive, see outsiders as unbelievers, they alone are right and all others are wrong.
