And it could very well be that God's punishment is not as devasting as the "traditional view" of Hell would lead us to believe.

Now I'm done.

I enjoyed your posts because it's good to think things through but it just seems that your view of God's wrath is extreme as is the eternal torment view IMO. Usually the truth is in the middle someplace.

Todd--

i too enjoy your posts. they do make me rethink some things. of course we are going to speak up when we disagree. dont be surprised at some of our unwillingness to jump on board; you are setting forth views that are rather novel, at least to me. it doesnt mean you shouldnt set them forth, if that is what you believe. i'm pretty boring. i dont really have novel to contribute.

i will admit that i am very ingrained in certain theological points, simply because they make sense to me, even though i read many differing viewpoints. but some of my thinking has changed, particularly in regard to eschatology.

Hello, Steve,
Give me a break Emmet
Not to worry, Steve - every tear shall be wiped away.

Perhaps some people esteem fullness of life too cheaply, and some divine punishment too dearly.

Shlamaa,
Emmet
