I believe that the type of decisions we make describes the type of Moral values we hold.

For example if a leader decided to legalize Abortion then his decision tells us that the moral values he hold disobeyed God's command and that is to Multiply which also tells us that his moral values is against God.

If his moral values is against God then he is not a Christian.
