Where's the Jewish temple in Jerusalem? Ancient Israel was told that it would last forever. Where's the Levitical Priesthood? The Jews were told that it was eternal. And God told Israel to celebrate the Sabbaths and festivals forever, and to keep performing the rite of circumcision forever as a sign of their Covenant with God. In the New Testament, however, the temple, the priesthood, the sabbaths, the festivals and circumcision are declared to be out. What happened? How did eternal become temporary? That's what a caller wondered when she called Steve Gregg, host of The Narrow Path radio program.
