I've got Netflix now and enjoy the ability to stream movies. They have a lot of documentaries and some Christian videos as well.

The movie: "Lord, save us from your followers" was really good. If you've got Netflix, check it out.
I'd like to also recommend: "Casino Jack and the United States of Money".

Some other ones I saw were:
What If...
Waiting for Superman (it's about the school system)
What would Jesus buy?
Galloping through the Gospels
Late Great Planet Church (a DVD taking a stand against dispensationalism)
Marjoe
The Atheism tapes
Jesus Camp

Sean,

I watched that movie on Netflix recently as well. I was expecting an anti-Christian message and was getting ready to poke holes in it (for exercise of course :D ). I was surprised to find out that it really ended up resonating with me in many ways.

Marjoe is particularly disturbing. I saw it in theater when it was first released, and watched it again more recently. It was more disturbing the first time I saw it, because I had (in those days) more confidence in ministers, and found it disillusioning. When I watched it again recently, I found it not as surprising, having, in the meantime, become less enamored with institutional ministry, in general.

I watched "Lord, Save Us From Your Followers", too. I started it a few weeks ago, but the movie is long and kind of bogs down in the middle, so I shut it off and kind of forgot it until my son asked me a question about it which reminded me to finish it. The last part is awesome.

Casino Jack and the United States of Money was good as well. While it was only a small part of the movie, it's interesting to see those who claim to be Christians in our political system and what they do.

I just saw the movie called "What If..." and it was a pretty good Christian based movie.
Also saw "Waiting for Superman" which was also very good.
Thought I would add these to the list. :)

I found and watched "Lord, Save Us From Your Followers" a couple weeks ago.
FREE! @ godtube: Part One - Part Two

Shared it on Facebook.
Interesting.
A tad on the "pundits" end of things, but thought-provoking.

(A Side-Bar on Facebook)
I joined it last summer, merely to be in touch with a Bible college prof (who will only be 95 in a couple of weeks)!!! Stanley Monroe Horton, who actually lived AT the Azusa Street Mission AS the Pentecostal Movement was starting!

Otherwise, I'm starting to get fairly active in FB, as things go in there. I've found several of y'all's Walls, etc., and may be requesting an add some time. See? I'm an Introvert! And "socializing" (even on the internet) can be a bit "taxing." Some Good News, however, is that I'm finding old friends from high school and Bible college <--who are believers (some from high school I didn't know were). A few of these folks are fairly nearby, so we might be able to get together for fellowship and/or ministry.

Thanks :)

I realize this is a reeealy old thread, but thought I'd mention the following net-flix gem, available for streaming.

If you get the chance, check out "God of Wonders". I love watching nature shows, and it's mighty refreshing to watch one that, for once, doesn't give evolution the credit. Amazing photography, great scripture references, good science. A very inspiring film.
