I stumbled across a lecture by this man concerning Global Christianity. He spoke quite engagingly on how Christians in the South (aka "the Third World") engage with the Bible in ways that modern westerners usually do not. In short, it was a superb talk which I highly recommend everyone to listen to.

I know this fellow is a professor of history and religion at Pennsylvania State University but does anyone know much else about him?
