Gracious God, encourage Homer's heart I beseech you. I know you are able to do "exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think". What is impossible for man is possible for you. So I am going to ask that you heal Homer's infirmity, not only for Homer's life, wife, and wellness, but also for your own glory.

I ask this in the name of our Lord Jesus, the Altogether Lovely One—truly

May you go into this situation with the joy of the Lord, and be led forth with peace. May God's richest blessings come to you and your dear wife!

Prayers for your healing and for God's hand to be with the doctors and nurses and His presence to be in the room.

Bless you Homer,

Nancyer

Amen.

I noticed you, Homer, posting a little late last night, the night before an early morning surgery. I always like your posts, but this time I think you should have been resting! ;) :)

Praise God and thanks for the prayers!

Surgery went well, came home yesterday. Surprisingly, there is little pain. Urologist thinks he got it all, but the procedure is to fill the bladder with chemo as soon as surgery is done to kill any cancer cells left behind and it can take six weeks for chemo to be gone. Next prayer need is for tests to show cancer had not penetrated too deeply. If not, no further treatment.
