Are You Married, Divorced, & Remarried?

Post by RoyHobs » Tue May 24, 2016 9:45 am

http://www.netbiblestudy.net/mdr/ -- Marriage as God designed it in the beginning for all man-kind was to be permanent. In Genesis 2:24 God said, "Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh." Marriage is one man, for one wife, for life.

Considering Marriage....................

Spiritual Declaration: Sex equals Marriage

Even though the Christian church at large refuses to admit the undisputed fact that sexual intimacy equals marriage, abundant evidence is found throughout Scripture supporting this fact. In Scripture, sexual intimacy between a male and female always infers marriage.
I don’t know why the church chooses to be so worldly and secular in their marriage concepts and deny what is so obvious in Scripture, which completely exposes the difference between secular marriage and Biblical marriage. In fact, marriage as promoted by the church today has no backing whatsoever in Scripture, which is only natural, because what they promote is a secular concoction of men and not that instituted by God.
There are numerous accounts in Scripture in both Old and New Testament, which announce the occurrence of marriage is when a male and female (marriage only exists before God between these two genders) are sexually intimate. What is clear and unique in Scripture is that when you see “marry” or “married” cited in Scripture text involving the joining of a male and female, it is always referring to them being sexually intimate and nothing else. This is how we know that Mary and Joseph were not sexually intimate until after Jesus was born. We know this by two truths revealed:

This is the weirdest view I have ever heard espoused. So you are saying that, if a woman has an affair against her husband, that her lover now is her husband, and not the man who made a covenant with her? Bizarre—and absurd.

First, this is not my article. I shouldn't speak for Ridenhour, but I believe the important element that must be understood is when he says, " Scripture reveals that marriage is either legitimate (within God’s approved design) or illegitimate (in violation of God’s approved design)."

"Words" are so important and how we use them is so important.

Take for example the word "Racist". Should we use the Dictionary Definition, or how people use the word to understand the word.

Example:

Steve, are these 14 words "Racist" to you?

"We must secure the existence of our people and a future for White Children"

I'd be curious your answer.

The ADL and the SPLC just recently labeled a "White Lives Matter" community to be on their 'hate list' and labeled the group "Racist". They also say the 14 words are Racist.

But what about Black Lives Matter? How come this group is not on that list...........as an example.

Being now a "Race Realist", I am proud to be Caucasian and for the rest of my life, I will do everything in my abilities to promote the 14 words. Does this make me Racist because I love my racial family and wish to see her prosper and survive.........so be it.

Back to Ridenhour........................

I personally wouldn't use the word "Marriage" or "Married" in this fashion. People are just too programmed in how they understand this word.

I heard a Tv Chef say the other day -- A Remoulade is the perfect MARRIAGE between a quality Mayonnaise and Mustard.

Marriage -- To Mix. "Marry" the ingredients together. Let the marinade to "marry" overnight.

Sexual Intercourse is the MARRIAGE between Two Flesh becoming One Flesh. This is not open for debate. "One Flesh" is only and SOLELY the result of sexual intercourse.

A married woman who commits adultery has "married" her flesh to another man. When a Virgin Girl has sexual intercourse, she just 'married' her flesh to his. She is now 'joined' as one flesh to the man. She is now 'known' by the man. This is how Ridenhour should phrase it in my opinion.

"Marriage" in the minds of most implies pomp and circumstance.

When 'marriage' could simply mean - to mix; to join.
