hello, i dont believe that satan is sin personified, but i have recently met a pastor who believes this, and it is also a veiw held by the christadelphians (a cult), i was curious if anyone has looked into this more, while i was discussing this with them i said, well what about Jesus talking to satan during the temptation, they replied that it was Jesus's flesh tempting him rather than satan himself, and i also brought up Job and they said that it was someone who didnt like job, since satan means "adversary", another veiw they hold is that there is no hell, just death, or anhialation* i guess, i am currently looking into these doctrines to find out more, but i work often and dont get to study as much as i'd wish to.
