John 1 Jesus as the Message

In the Theos wiki Paidion added an entry for John 1

In it he promotes the idea of Logos as being expression. So Jesus is the expression of God. I've been pondering the idea of Jesus as being the Message of God, possibly in the sense of Logos being able to equate to Message, or being similar enough for using the English Message to represent the idea of Logos. In this sense Jesus is the Message and the Messenger in addition to any other things to be said of His essence. God's best way to get the Message of Himself to us was through Christ Jesus. Does this idea make good sense?

It's interesting also to consider, along Paidion's idea, that the earth is an expression of God. But Jesus is the exact representation or expression of God. In this again I see that God was showing who He is through His imprint, as it were.
