I do not think we "know" that. We know many scholars think they know that but there are other views about how Mark ends and how it got that way. Perhaps there is a part missing.

Re: Insurance for Healthcare

Regarding the matter of what a government may legitimately do, in the sight of God, to provide for the collective interests of its citizens, it would seem beneficial to consider the actions of Joseph when he was in charge of Egypt. When he took the grain of the land and stored it up prior to the com...

Re: Addictions, Habitual Sin and the "kingdom of heaven"

Hi Philman, You wrote: I have family members who have professed to be saved, got baptized, lived a Godly life and then fell away and live in sin and have been for many many years. It is my hope that they will not fall into the category of the "unbelievers". I know some will state that they were neve...

Thrombomodulin, Note the following, in particular the underlined parts: Romans 13:1-7 (New King James Version) 1. Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. 2. Therefore whoever resists the a...

For you, brethren , have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh , but through love serve one another. 14. For all the law is fulfilled in one wo...

I think I have located his phone number from public records. I called the number and there was no answer; will try again.

Re: Paidion

Hi Steve,

Do you remember Paidion's last name and town of residence? His phone number might be public. I feel like a dear friend is missing.

Re: 4 questions concerning Calvinism...please help

Hi Lee, Perhaps Jesus' words can answer your question. Consider: Numbers 21:4-9 (New King James Version) 4. Then they journeyed from Mount Hor by the Way of the Red Sea, to go around the land of Edom; and the soul of the people became very discouraged on the way. 5. And the people spoke against God ...

Consider this: who was more guilty, the one who was deceived into sin or the one who went in with his eyes wide open?
