Re: Matthew 12 (and analogues)
I've wondered the same thing. The key may be in the phrase, Jesus knew their thoughts. The answer may have more to do with what they didn't say, than what they did say.

Re: creation or evolution , Do we have to choose?
I haven't read the book, but if NevadaDad's summation of the author's views is correct, it seems it would be a poor choice for a Bible study, except perhaps as a small part of a broader look at the topic. This is one of those topics on which Christians have allowed some pretty deep divisions to form...

Re: Availability of 30-min broadcasts?
Does anyone know of a good, free WAV to mp3 converter program out there that's not full of spyware, etc? (I assume you mean for Windoze?) Audacity will do that and just about anything else you want to do to audio files. You can set up scripts to automate repetitive tasks. http://audacity.sourceforg...

Oh.. _that_ Kittel. I assumed you meant his dad, the Hebrew scholar. Maybe more coffee is in order today.marty wrote:Its a 10 volume New Testament dictionary that many consider to be the most exhaustive and authoritative for doing word studies.

Re: Kittels online?
The Sword Project has the Westminster Leningrad Codex. I don't know if that'll work for you, but it might be worth a look before you buy something else, since it's free.

Re: Website has been revamped
This seems like a moot point, 6.5mb for an hour program should be downloadable by nearly everyone, it even downloads relatively quick on cellular phones. Well, as good as dialup gets, that's about a 25-minute download. At best, that's very inconvenient, and for some it's just not doable. Move a few...

Re: Website has been revamped
James, I don't know where your stats come from, but 10% seems low, based on what I see. But let's call it 2%; that means you're making it more difficult, or maybe impossible, for 2% of users to benefit from the resource. Maybe 2% doesn't seem like a big deal to you, but for those who are one of the ...

Re: Website has been revamped
Ran across another issue with the new website. There doesn't seem to be a way to get to the low-bandwidth version of the afternoon radio show. Only the high-bandwidth files are linked. The files are there if one knows how to get to them, but most don't. Those are fine for most broadband users, but t...

Re: Website has been revamped
The Current website width is 1164px with an 80px margin on both sides, bringing the total width of the content below the menu header to 1004px wide. With that being said, it fits the width of almost 100% of all end users. With a 1024x768 browser window, I get something like 150 pixels of header, me...
