Re: What Must Be Believed To Be Saved?
I agree it is a great discussion and many have posted wonderful points. I don't think though we are to focus too much on this and rather our relationship with and pleasing God. It feels like wanting to know if a D- is acceptable rather than being a A+ student. I hope we are all striving for the A+ b...

Re: vaccines
This is uncertain. Thus, the thread. If you study the history of the Pharmaceutical Industry it is ripe with these types of uncertainties until it has become certain that the Pharmaceutical industry was lying. The debate has always been between a heavily funded propaganda machine and the unfunded p...

Re: Christmas ~ Naughty or Nice?
Thank you. That was a typo. I did not mean worshiping Christmas. I meant celebrate Christmas or treat it in a special way.

Re: The Myth of Progressive
I agree with you Matt. I see this process as another sign that rather than coming out of Babylon many Christians are being deceived and sucked further back in. Just as the early Catholic Church took on many pagan traditions the pope is now saying that it is okay to be Muslim or any other religion. H...

Re: Christmas ~ Naughty or Nice?
It's a great video. Since Xmas practices have pagan origins, the question is asked whether Christians ought to avoid it entirely. Steve gives the very interesting answer that though many of the practices have pagan origins, no one whom he knows, celebrates Xmas in a Pagan way, but celebrates it as ...

Re: Love and the Trinity
I do not say you must be able to understand the Trinity to be saved, but I will ask this: why do we worship Jesus? Is there only one God? To me, if you say there is only one God and Jesus is not God but he is divinity that is nonsense. That makes "God" just a job title. That is a difficult question...

Re: vaccines
The greater risk might be the interference of the government in your parenting rights, if they learn that you are avoiding vaccinating your children, and some social worker thinks that this constitutes neglect on your part. This too me is a sign that the beast system is rearing its ugly head in muc...

Re: vaccines
I only recently learned that aborted fetal tissue was used the create the MMR vaccine and possibly others. For this reason alone shouldn't Christians be outraged at California's decision to require them? I don't want to be forced to be an accomplice to an abortion. How do we stop this? Here is an i...

Re: The Trinity and Light
When thinking on the Trinity I think we will have much difficulty if we try and define it or define God. I see it as a legalistic approach where we try to define rather than come to know. If I say I am my head and my heart what have I said? Did I say I am my thoughts and my feelings or that I need m...
