Re: iOS problems

I don't know anything about iOS, but I'd suggest trying a different audio player, or download the files and listen offline instead of streaming them.

Re: Literally 6 Days

I would like to declare a truce. Can we all agree that none of us can prove our position? You can't prove an old earth and I can't prove a young earth. All we have is evidence of our side. You don't accept my evidence and I don't accept your evidence. So we are at a stalemate. A truce? I wasn't awa...

Re: Literally 6 Days

So what will you do with the following piece of general revelation discovered by Dr. Jeanson, since it does not agree with OEC beliefs? We'll do the same thing with it that anyone else who values truth would do. That starts with not calling it anything like "revelation" until we've researched it en...

Re: Do you agree with the Ark Encounter?

Specifically genetics and how we can achieve the biodiversity that we have in humankind from just two individuals That seems at first glance like it could be a problem, but I've read stuff by geneticists that say it isn't. Dogs, for example, exhibit many times greater biodiversity than is seen in h...

Re: Do you agree with the Ark Encounter?

Dwight: I looked at that article back then and again now. No, I did not read it all, because what I did read, I don't understand. Dwight: I know nothing about radiometric dating and did not understand the article explaining it. I did not find the article clear at all. There's no shame in not being ...

Re: Do you agree with the Ark Encounter?

If you will look at the letter from Answers in Genesis (previous post), you will see there that they claim that the method that Dr. Austin used to date the Mt. St. Helen's rock was the PROPER method. So it's your word against theirs. I am not a scientist, so whose word should I believe? Did you not...

Re: Do you agree with the Ark Encounter?

Of course, (excluding any evolution theories) which OEC belief system are you associated with, and what online resource best describes your personal position, if any? Sorry for the very slow reply. That would be Hugh Ross and Reasons To Believe: http://reasons.org/ I trust them on these matters bec...

Re: Do you agree with the Ark Encounter?

The article was critical of making false assumptions. Since every single radioisotope dating method is still based on an assumption, when not directly observed, radiometric dating will produce erroneous results. That was the point. Withholding observable facts was the critical element in the scienc...

Re: Do you agree with the Ark Encounter?

Just read the article on the radioisotope dating method used at Mt. St. Helen. Thanks, Robby Young. Evolutionists and OEC's don't like this article, I'm sure, because it thoroughly debunks this so-called dating method. In fact, they probably wish Mt. St. Helen would just go away, but God put it the...
