Satan's Fall

Is it possible that Satan had not yet fallen when He tempted Eve-i.e. that his being "cast out" happened soon thereafter?

Steve- i certainly understand what you are saying here- but praying "Thy Kingdom come" is less direct than praying more specifically. For e.g., David prayed that God would "slay the wicked." Nehemiah prayed that his enemies sins would not be "blotted out." I am trying to think of a concrete example ...
