Man's thoughts are the determining factor

Religion has essentially taken the power from man and placed it in a God in the sky, and many people are waiting for a God in the sky to answer their prayers. But all of your prayers have to be answered through you and by the nature of your thoughts and by the quality of the vibrational frequency yo...

Re: Mark of the Beast

John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name". God is a spirit. God see you as a spirit. God relates to you in the spirit. As children of God we have many promises from our father. It is with our spirit man that we beli...

Re: Mark of the Beast

I find it surprising that anyone could suggest that the Bible is a self-image enhancer, when virtually everything it says about mankind (a few righteous individuals excepted) is pretty negative. I interpret the Bible psychologically, rather than theologically. When you see and say about yourself th...

Re: Mark of the Beast

Backdoorman, This is a bible discussion. We are all here to discuss the Bible and share what we believe. You say that I'm not here to interact or learn where I may be mistaken. But the fact remains that we all here to share our opinion. You certainly shared your opinion on my last post. The Bible is...

Mark of the Beast

Sunday is our MARK of authority . . . the church is above the Bible, and this transference of Sabbath observance [from Saturday to Sunday] is her act. And the act is a MARK of her ecclesiastical power and authority in religious matters”.— C. F. Thomas, Chancellor of Cardinal Gibbons. Sunday observan...

Re: Esoteric study

The book of Thomas clearly teaches that the Kingdom of God is within. Jesus said, "If your leaders say to you, 'Look, the (Father's) kingdom is in the sky,' then the birds of the sky will precede you. If they say to you, 'It is in the sea,' then the fish will precede you. Rather, the kingdom is with...

Esoteric study

The Bible can be interpreted exoteric (outer) and esoteric (inner). For Jesus said “Rather, the kingdom is inside of you, and it is outside of you”. This is an esoteric (inner) study of the Bible because the whole Bible is a book about you and how your mind works. The Bible is a manual of mind opera...

Re: ***

I’ll tell you how it relates to being a Christian; we are created in the same class as God. What class is God? John 4:24 says that God is a spirit. So that means we are spirits that create in the same manner as our Heavenly father. How does God create? God spoke the universe, world into existence. H...

Re: ***

I have been using Gods truth, His word and positive affirmations to re-program my subconscious mind. It's working, I sat down and wrote out spiritual goals pertaining to Christ and read them aloud night and day, and it is powerful.

Re: Your Wish is My Command

Hi Focusedman, I'm not sure if you are aware of it, but you may have inadvertently stumbled into a biblical discussion group. Almost everyone here is a Christian believer. We welcome discussion with non-Christians, but the kind of people you will find here are pretty much committed to the authority...
