I checked out Dr Michael Brown on Facebook and I saw he lost a third of his body and looked great. He is on a eating method by Dr Joel Fuhrman who wrote "Eat to Live" and the "End of Dieting." It's a modified Vegan method which allows as much fresh vegs & fruits and tree nuts & seeds & prohibits white flour, oils, sugars and salts and minimizes
animal products.
It's based on maximizing micronutrients verses calories and it allows you to eat as much as you want of the right foods and your hunger cravings disappear over time.
I'm 5ft 9 in & weighed 175 which I thought was fine but according to Fuhrman I should actually weigh 155. So I'm on it for a few days and have lost 5LBS without dieting.
I realize that some water came off but I also feel better. You can check out Dr Fuhrman on Youtube if you are interested.
According to Fuhrman it's not just about losing weight but reversing diseases.
On a lighter note
