What are they about?

I'd like to know a little more about this also. I live in the Kansas City area and have been attending IHOP(International House Of Prayer) for awhile now and have come to disagree with alot of thier teaching. Mike Bickle (who is the head pastor at IHOP K.C.) is on the Elijah List and claims to "operate in the prophetic" and thinks everyone under the sun should. Apparently you can get emails of the latest and greatest prophecies to date from the Elijah List site.
I disargee with daily prophecies, although I do believe that prophecies are for today. I believe a gift of The Spirit cannot be taught or practiced...seems to undermine the definition of gift.
