Hi I wanted to recommend this audiobook by Dr. Neil Anderson, Victory Over The Darkness: Realize the Power of Your Identity in Christ (on Amazon Audible), read impromptu by himself
https://www.amazon.com/Victory-Over-Dar ... B002E04DFW
And ask if anyone else has read his material and has and comments, helpful criticism, etc (please don't dig up heresy hunters, just honest comments please)
I personally think he's awesome. Theologically I would side with the early fathers interpretation on some more minor leanings. But overall I think he has done a great work in his life's ministry and books in counseling, spiritual warfare, christian psychology, etc.
I would especially recommend his work to anyone with spiritual conflicts (esp mental illness) that keep them from breaking free from plaguing sins, habits and/or aren't growing in Christ to meet their full potential in Christ. His ministry Freedom In Christ Ministries asks you read the Victory Over Darkness book and the Bondage Breaker book before signing up for a free Steps to Freedom appointment which guides you through The Steps to Freedom packet
www.ficm.org
There are also some of his lectures, sermons, classes on youtube for free. He's got a lot of insight and experience with so many types of struggles, mental illnesses, sins, occultic bondage, etc. In my opinion he's the best out there in this area.
Here's one, 12 parts
Pt 1 of Dr. Neil Anderson Teaching (discipleship counseling class)
