Rev 20 as parenthetical

I have noticed Revelation 20:7 to 15 as parenthetical. So it interrupts the chronological connection of Rev 19 to 20:1-6 (roughly) and then to 21.

So Rev 20:1-6 (apart from the details of the duration of the 1000 years and the mention of its end) occurs at about the same time as Rev 21. The reason that people might see Rev 21 as chronologically after Rev 20:11-15 is that death is thrown in the lake of destruction and then Rev 21:4 says death is no more. However, those two points about death appear unrelated. I figure the death in Rev 21:4 is about the end of the specific era of persecutions of the first century so Rev 21:4 is just a contrast to the events of Rev 5 to 19, as they affected the Christians.

Has anyone else noticed this too? This is sort of along the context of an amil point of view.
